Beautiful But Clasp Is Poor Quality

I purchased this to go with other Adina Reyter necklaces and bracelets and when I tried with the bracelet, it fell off the bracelet and went down the drain at a work event. I lost another charm that day and recovered it, but the clasp was faulty.
