The size is confusing, under 14 inches
The size in the description says 15 in the pull down. It's the only option. It indicates there is a 2 " extender. I assumed it would be about 17inches if I used the extender. Upon receiving it, the total length, including measuring the extender was 13 3/4 inches. I couldn't fit it around my neck! The quality looks in line with the price. There were return instructions with it to go directly to a third party. The first time I tried the site, there was a huge "spin the wheel" ad I couldn't get around. Reopened the site and was able to enter my order number. It repeatedly said NOT FOUND. Then back to the Nordstrom site and it looks like it will work. If this was the right size , my rating would be higher. I'm giving it a low rating as a caution for you to contact the vendor or Nordstrom to make sure they have the length problem straightened out.
