Still The One!
I started using this mascara in the mid 1980s and don't know why I ever switched to anything else. After trying all sorts of other brands, I went back to this 2 years ago and will never switch again. Now that I'm older, I don't want the thick fake "caterpillars" on my eyes that is now all the rage. This mascara instead defines, separates, and enhances my lashes in a very natural and flattering way. I'll never go back to the others.

Damaged box and Disappointment from Nordstrom
The Lancome box (inside the packaging box) was half smashed. Opened the box and the wand is covered in black dust or something! I pulled out the wand and I could tell it is old and half dried up. I've used this product for years but I will purchase elsewhere. I have to go through the hassle to box it back up and take it to FedEx!
This evidently has been sitting on a top shelf for ages! But they boxed it up and sent it on it's merry way regardless! I expect better from Nordstrom but lately they have not been living up to their stellar reputation. This is a Nordstrom issue, not Lancome.

Still The One!

The OG, hands down THE BEST
I have tried every mascara under the sun. THIS is the one I always come back to. I have light eye lashes, but long. This brush very naturally separates, lifts, and darkens my lashes. You can also build for a more dramatic lash. This formula does not flake, and easily comes off with a normal face wash (no scrubbing at all needed)
