Devlin Linen Wide Leg Pants

I'm 5'11", 160, a large 8 or small 10, 29" waist. I ordered a 10 and found these pants to fit like a 12 or 14. In the photo on the left, I'm pulling the waistband back so they as I'd want them too. I'll reorder in an 8 and take the waist in if it's still too large. They're otherwise adorable and actually long enough!

I normally wear a size 4 and sometimes even a size 2 so I ordered a 4 but wish I would have sized up. The waist on the size 4 appeared to be for a 23" to 24" waist. Even the Nordstrom sales associate commented on how small they looked. She thought they were a size 0. There is no stretch but the material is lovely anyway and overall a really cute linen pant. I ordered a size up and hoping those will fit me just right. Unfortunately these aren't offered at my local Nordstrom store so will have them shipped. I recommend sizing up unless you're blessed with a very narrow waist and hips. For reference, my waist is about 27", sometimes a 28" when I eat too much. I'm 126 lbs and 5'5". (measurements: 36.5", 27/28", 37")

I trusted the reviews and sized up from my usual medium (6) to a large (8)—big mistake. The large was way too big. Some people say it runs small in the lower body, others in the bust, but without giving their actual size or body type, which isn’t helpful since everyone’s shape is different. This is about the 7th time I’ve had this problem relying on vague reviews, and it’s honestly frustrating. I always include my size and a photo so others can actually compare!!. Anyways if this help it will be nice if next time you can also include a pic 🤗 On this one the linen is a bit itchy—not soft or comfortable. Wish I’d stuck with my regular size. I have on the 8 on pants and large on top.

I bought this as a set and the colors are completely different. Beyond disappointed.

These pants can be dressed up with a heel or down with a tank and sneakers or flip flops. They are so versatile and classy. I love the high waist. The length is perfect. I’m 5’4” 130 lbs and the 4 fits great, just a little extra room in the waist, but not a big deal to me at all. They are very flattering!

I am really glad I went off the reviews. I normally wear an 8 and I sized down to a 6 and am glad I did so. They fit perfectly in the waist. I am bigger in the butt and thighs. They are a little tighter in the butt and thigh area, however I feel these will give just enough to make them perfect. Had I sized up I would have had a lot of bulging in the waist. I am 5'8" and 145 pounds for reference.
