straps do not adjust
The straps do not adjust on these shoes and they slipped down on my heel. I am so sad that I have to return them. I think at this price point the strap should be adjustable..

Must Size Down!
Just got these shoes in my normal size but the back strap fell off as soon as I started walking. Immediately returned them and got a size smaller and that did the trick. The shoes feel comfortable, soft and easy to walk. They look very stylish and the velvet makes for an elegant look and feel. Highly recommend. These shoes just came out so there are not a lot of reviews. My advice is is size down!!

They didn’t have my usual size 9, so I tried on the 8 1/2 ‘s & agree the straps were a bit big. I tried on the 8’s and they fit perfectly & straps stayed out. They are comfortable and the color is a perfect gold.
