Shoulder Tie Chiffon A-Line Gown

After five different dresses this one was a winner! Everything looks like a bridesmaid dress online but this ended up working perfectly for a black tie optional wedding. Tried two sizes and my regular size was an exact fit. I’m 5’4 and with heels this dress was the perfect length. If you are struggling to find the perfect dress this is it! Slimming, fancy, and comfortable.

Flattering, Beautiful Color (Mist), Nice Fabric, and Comfortable. However, be careful of sizing. I am typically a size Small or 4/6 (more on the size 4 side for tops and size 6 for bottoms), so I tried the size 4 and size 6 for this dress... I am 5'3, 133 lbs., flat stomach (sometimes it caves in during mornings due to fasting), 36A bra size. For the size 4, the top part of the dress fits perfectly and does not need tailoring, however, the stomach was so hard to breath easily and when I sat down, the fabric crunched and I felt restricted breathing. For the size 6, breathing is normal and everything was comfortable; however, there was about 1 in. on both sides of my underarms. In conclusion, I geared towards the size 6 because I could deal with having the dress altered to be shortened at the bottom (because I am petite), and and taken in at the underarms. Love the dress because it made me look sophisticated, does not make me look fat, and makes me feel elegant!
