It even helps strengthen lashes and condition the delicate eyelid area. Soothing Eye Makeup Remover is formulated without artificial colors or fragrances.
How to use: Apply a small amount to a cotton ball. Remove eye and lip makeup by gently massaging over the area. Rinse thoroughly.
