What it is: A moisturizing daily lip treatment that helps smooth and restore lips, infusing skin with avocado oil and shea and cocoa-seed butters.
What it does: This treatment helps restore chapped, rough and aging lips, leaving them soft and supple. It conditions skin while stimulating healthy collagen production, which helps decrease lines. Cocoa butter, avocado oil and shea butter provide nourishing vitamins and rich, softening moisture for a plumper pout. How to use: Apply to lips at least two times a day for lip-health maintenance, or more frequently in periods of dryness or environmental exposure.

Just wow
I received a sample of this and I will probably be buying this forever. I had been off Accutane for a year and my lips were still perpetually really chapped on the sides no matter what I used, Aquaphor helped but made my lips goopy. Within a week of using this my lips looked 100x better and I use it every day along with chapstick if it's a really dry day and I have zero issues with my lips now and they look better than ever!

Used bottle?
I was excited when I received this item since I tried the sample size. However was extremely disappointed with the tube version. The product would not come out of the holes and looking in it seemed as if it was almost empty. Maybe I received a defective one but I would not buy this again.

Product goes quickly
I bought this because I wanted to try something different from the Kiehl’s lip balm in a tube I’ve been using forever. While this product was functional and seemed to keep my lips hydrated, I prefer the moister feel of the Kiehls. Also, the packaging on this product is overkill and not environmentally friendly. But worst of all, this only lasted me about 2 weeks before the product ran out which makes it very expensive for what you get.

Moisturizing!
This lip balm is one of the best I've tried. It's moisturizing yet non-greasy. And I even find myself wearing it with no lipgloss. The scent is nice and the fact that it has no color makes it perfect to use all day. The determining factor for me in purchasing this was the design. I was always concerned about contaminating my product my using my fingers and this totally eliminates that concern! I will buy again.

Very effective
I have repurchased this twice now and I absolutely love it. The balm is a very thick 'gel-ish' consistency. However, the packaging means it's pretty tricky to apply too much which is perfect. The lip renewal complex is very effective and with regular use I have noticed that my lips look smoother and are less prone to cracking. Are there other lip balms that are cheaper - yes, however, this one is lovely to use and a nice treat for very dry lips. However, I am not sure about the anti-aging claims.

Soooo thicccc
I received a small sachet with a previous Space NK order. I'm really struggling with my lips, so I need all the help I can get, but this was sooo thick and unpleasant to use; the experience might be different when you use the full size, but I'm not planning on getting the full size
