Irony in West Texas Framed Art Print

I am of fan of this art installation was excited to see this print. Unfortunately, it is so poorly made, it went right back into the box to be returned. For the price, I was not expecting a custom frame at all but this frame is as cheap as you can get. You can get a better quality frame at Target, this frame had gaps where the frame did not meet in the corners and used those aluminum tabs that you just fold down all along the back to secure the backing. The picture is horizontal yet the brackets to hang the picture were vertical, there was no way to hang the picture. The picture did not have a mat, just white paper that was warped in areas. Again, for the price I was not expecting a custom frame but I was expecting a frame that I could hang in the proper direction and a backing that wasn't warped.
