Broken Clasp

stone fell out
What can be said? The stone fell out of the setting during shipment. Which makes this bracelet pretty useless.

Stone fell out
Cute bracelet but I didn't even get to wear it because the stone fell out immediately, before I even put it on. Will be returning immediately.
