The New York Leather Shoulder Bag

The bag is lovely. The handbag was placed in a plastic bag and stuffed into a box that was not tall enough. The handles were sadly misshapen upon arrival. I reached out to customer service for the dust bag and I was told that a DeMellier dust bag was unavailable, but that a Nordstrom dust bag would be sent. I reached out to DeMellier directly and they assure me that they do not wish for their bags to be handled in such a manner and that the bag should have included the proper DeMellier dust bag. They have offered to reach out to Nordstrom on my behalf. This is an affordable handbag, however, not so affordable that it should not be protected. No handbag should be shipped in such a way to damage the handles.
