Listen to me very carefully, there is no woman, atleast on this planet earth that will not be enchanted and in complete adoration of this fragrance. Correspondingly there is no man made and is here on earth that will not surrender in sweet seduction to this exotic - sophisticated and captivating aromatic scent. I don't know just how I found so many words because Parfum de Marly render me speacless with these notes.

Highly Dissatisfied Customer!
On 6/17, I ordered Amouage Guidance via order ##484629329. I received a used product. It did not arrived packaged in the plastic seal like it should so I called Nordstrom the very next day to report the issue. At first, I was told to hold on to the item, not to return it to the stores or by mail because the order was placed online and it's considered damaged. Agent was submitting a ticket to resolve and have full refund issue. After receiving a decline/no refund notice, I called again to find out why. Was told that the ticket was submitted incorrect and should have been submitted as a task, whatever that meant. I got frustrated and went to their Boca Raton store to return and was referred back to CS. CS submitted a task, after back and forth with that team, I was finally asked to return the item which i did and was given a full refund.
On 7/11, I ordered the beautiful Delina Exclusif. To my surprise, it was delivered today 7/15 completely crushed. I took pictures of it before retrieving it from my door and after opening. It was a mess, the only part that was in tack were the metal bottle cover. Took pictures of those too. Called CS and reported the issue. I understand that handling during shipment was out of their control. I asked if I could be extended the courtesy of a 20% off on a re-order for my double troubles and I was blatantly told no, that's not something they do. I could only be given free expedited shipping. I get free shipping anyways on my orders so her offer didn't make sense to me. Thanks Nordstrom. I won't be shopping here any longer. I'll go to Parfums De Marly house directly to place me order.

smell expensive!
This parfum exclusif need a certain personality to pull off. You instantly smell expensive with this one; it is not overpowering, it’s a soft pink rose with some fruity elements. It’s familiar yet you don’t know why?!? It last a fair amount on skin (6-8 hrs)and days on a garment.
Make sure you are freshly showered, make your hair classy, not messed look, good make up on, some designer shoes, bags or scarf or good jewellery on - and spray this on… that is what DELINA smells like. Someone put together and beautiful.

I bought this Delina as a valentine gift for my girlfriend and she can’t stopped receiving compliments for how she smells. The product is actually good so, I would like to encourage people to buy it and you will have no regret whatsoever for your money.

my favorite
this smells like whipped cream and sliced strawberries. I know strawberry isn’t a note, but that’s the vibe I get from the tart note here. Normally I don’t like rose fragrances, but the rose scent is buried so far beneath the sugary note that you wont be bothered by it, if you usually are. It smells very expensive. A huuuge compliment getter.

Disastrous Delivery
I recently splurged on a ridiculously overpriced bottle of perfume, only to receive a mess in the mail. The packaging was abysmal, with zero protection for the delicate glass bottle inside. As a result, what should have been a luxurious experience turned into a nightmare.
Upon opening the package, I was greeted with the nauseating stench of the broken top part of the perfume bottle which had leaked all over the box. Not only was the bottle broken beyond repair, but the scent was so overpowering and sickly sweet that it made me gag.
I reached out to customer service for a refund or replacement, but was denied , which is extremely disappointing and unfair being that I’ve been a loyal customer for over 20 years and the broken bottle was clearly done through no fault of my own
In conclusion, this entire experience has been a complete waste of time and money. I would strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company, as they clearly have no regard for quality control or customer satisfaction. Save yourself the headache and avoid this disaster of a perfume at all costs.
