A nice scent, but doesn't do much other than smell nice
I got a travel size version of this product to take away on a long-haul flight, after seeing it recommended by an influencer for this very situation. I used it once on the flight, but have since tried it at home to help with sleep - I have to say, other than having a really strong lavender scent, it does little more than smell nice for me. I didn't find it helped with sleep or de-stressing at all. I could quite easily buy some lavender oil for less and spray that on my pillow/around the bedroom and I think it would do just as much. Wouldn't recommend, sadly.

Strong scent
I’m unsure of the effectiveness of the products promise to promote restful sleep. The scent is stronger than I anticipated. Had to wash it off. Might not be bad throughout the day, it’s just too much when trying to go to sleep.

Perfect for travel!
I love the Deep Sleep Breathe In Spray and Roller, this duo is a total travel essential for me. I use the spray every single night before bed, and it instantly helps me unwind and settle in for sleep.
