What it is: A quick-dry top coat that protects polish and ensures nails are dry to the touch in just a few minutes.

What it does: This breakthrough quick-dry top coat is infused with hemp seed oil and UVA/UVB inhibitors to help absorb the suns rays, thereby protecting your nails from UV damage. It also helps to extend wear, prevent chipping and protect color integrity for a glossy salon-quality manicure.

How to use: Apply two thin coats of nail color, waiting two minutes for each coat to dry. Finish with a thin layer of Deborah Lippmann High & Dry top coat.
