What it does: This breakthrough quick-dry top coat is infused with hemp seed oil and UVA/UVB inhibitors to help absorb the suns rays, thereby protecting your nails from UV damage. It also helps to extend wear, prevent chipping and protect color integrity for a glossy salon-quality manicure.
How to use: Apply two thin coats of nail color, waiting two minutes for each coat to dry. Finish with a thin layer of Deborah Lippmann High & Dry top coat.

high gloss, long lasting manicure
This is a really quick drying top coat, with high shine. My manicure lasted for 4 days straight without any chips. I prefer this to the Addicted to Speed top coat because of the high gloss and a longer lasting manicure. Would highly recommend if you need a new top coat that dries fast with high shine.

Miracle product
My nails have become fragile and soft as I have aged, so I have relied on Lippman Hard Rock when I manicure weekly for years. Using 4 coats as if it were base coat, polish and topcoat has been very successful. However, Hard Rock has not totally protected my nails and doesn't leave them quite as shiny as I like, so I tried this top coat as soon as it came out - and WOW! Believe it or not, after a week of wear and tear (with all of the extra hand washing needed now) my nails look exactly the same as when I did the manicure - shiny, not peeling or chipping - absolutely nothing wrong. I just ordered another bottle of this miracle product and highly recommend.

Very Disappointed
Very disappointed in my purchase. For a product so pricey I had great expectations. This product is supposed to work as both a base coat and a topcoat. However, after applying it as base coat and waiting half hour for it to completely dry, I proceeded with a coat of nail polish. Waited another half hour for the nail polish to completely dry and proceeded to apply a second coat of nail polish except I noticed that the first coat of nail polish had not adhered and I could peel it off by just pulling it with my finger. I removed everything with nail polish remover and started over again with the same result. Very disappointed. I have been polishing my finger nails for three decades since high school and have never experienced anything like this. I guess I will have to discard this pricy purchase and go back to using Sally Hansen base coat which I have used for years with great results. Very very disappointed.

Peels within 24 hours
I purchased my first bottle of DL polish recently in the color naked. First time using, I used only the polish, no base/top coat and my manicure lasted well over a week. I went back and purchased the top coat and base coat and used all three together. My manicure lasted about two hours before it started to peel. That’s without doing any kind of cleaning/dishwashing. Not impressed. Will continue to use just the naked polish without base coat since it’s light and won’t stain my nails.
