Knockout Gemstone Pendant Necklace

I love Dean Davidson designs, but this moonstone pendant underwhelmed. The stone is small and bland and without knowing what it was, wouldn't pick it for a moonstone. The pendant itself is well made and substantial. I think this pendant would probably look better in one of the other colors like red.

I did love this pendant necklace when it first arrived. Labradorite, which is truly an intriguing gemstone as it can be any variety of colors, depending on how the light catches it, is great as the gemstone. The “gold” finish, however, became dull and really unwearable on the chain and the gemstone setting in this necklace much too quickly for the price point of this necklace. I have also purchased the DD signature collar necklace and am much more pleased with this necklace holding up to long term wear.
