I have already been using Advanced Night Repair serum which became a staple in my routine, and I have repurchased it twice. It absorbs quickly, layers well with everything (day-night) and keeps my skin looking balanced and hydrated. The Hydrating Routine gave me a chance to try 3 additional products I hadn’t used before. For the Day Wear Cream w/SPF 15, I am careful with daytime moisturizers I use because some can make my face look heavy or cakey once my makeup goes on. This one has a nice balance. It feels creamy at first, then blends in as a lightweight, comfortable finish. I usually wait a couple minutes before applying makeup on top, and it sits well without pilling. My skin stays hydrated throughout the day and it has SPF protection. It gives a soft, healthy-looking finish without making me look overly shiny. The Day Wear Eye Gel Creme was also new to me, and I ended up liking it. It is lightweight but still moisturizing enough to smooth the under-eye area before concealer, and I have also used it at nighttime on its own and my under-eyes definitely look less dry. At night, I have started using the Night Wear Crem (just one extra step after the serum). It feels slightly richer than the day cream which is better for night use, but still absorbs well with no greasy feel. I wake up with my skin feeling soft and hydrated, not oily. The nice part is that all of these layers well together (no pilling, no heaviness at all). It is an easy practical routine focused on hydration w/ a full-size moisturizer and travel sizes to try before investing in full-sizes and they fit nicely in the pretty pouch it comes with (use it for travel/gym bag). This set would make a beautiful Mother’s Day gift or a great starter kit for someone beginning to build a skincare routine.
