These shoes are extremely comfortable. I loved them. Wore them for my daughter’s graduation but the leather started peeling under the crossover in the front of the shoe. This should not happen to any shoe after just one use and much less such an expensive shoe. Very disappointing.

These look like your mother in laws shoes. Hate them. Wide and heavy. A total fail for SW

I never leave bad reviews, this is my first. I bought these shoes for an important event and was shocked to find visible damage right out of the box: scratches on the insole and peeling leather. (See photos) With no time to return them or find another option, I had no choice but to wear the damaged pair. I told myself maybe it was just a one-off quality control issue and hoped they’d hold up. But after JUST ONE WEAR (about 4 hours), they looked even worse. The leather peeled further and new scratches appeared. For nearly $540 total, this is beyond disappointing. I see other reviewers described almost the exact same experience, which makes it even more frustrating. I reached out to Nordstrom customer service with photos and explained the situation, but they offered no support. I understand policy, but there should be some responsibility when the product quality is this poor? Really disappointed by both the shoes and the lack of care from Nordstrom. Please save yourself the frustration.

Awful shoes. My wife wore them once for an hour and they scretched without touching anything, the shoe deformed and warped it looks like, color faded and so on.

I bought these shoes for a wedding and wore them all night with no discomfort. I love that they worked perfectly for the wedding but could equally be dressed down with jeans for the weekend.

Comfortable (or as much as a heel can be for me) and well made. I bought them for special events but find myself wearing them to kick a more casual outfit up a notch.
