'X' Crossover Cuff with Diamonds

Wore this twice and lost a stone. Nordys was great—sent it in immediately. David Yurman wanted $250 to repair—one month after receiving. Supposedly there’s a 3 month warranty, but even after protesting, they wanted $150. Nordstrom would have covered. Took it in December for repair. By May still no news nor was it returned. Went to speak to the Yurman rep at the counter who was extremely rude and dismissive (not Nordy employee). After nearly 6 mos finally just returned. Nordstrom was extremely apologetic, but apparently had numerous issues with Yurman’s warranty. I had several pieces picked out, but I will not be purchasing another Yurman—ever. I shop at Nordstrom for a reason and frankly, this brand is beneath them.

I purchased this for my wife for her birthday. This is a beautiful cuff. One of the more beautiful Yurman pieces. It can be worn casual or dress. My wife absolutely loves it. Also I purchased this using the pick up method at GSP. The Concierge was on point. It literally took me minutes to get in and out of the store which is rare of you know GSP.

Love this bracelet. Works well with my other DY pieces
