Substantial necklace impossible to unclasp
This substantial necklace is gorgeous in silver. However, the one I received was impossible to unclasp, so I couldn’t try it on. I don’t know if there was a trick I couldn’t figure out or if the clasp was damaged, but I had to return it. I plan on buying the necklace in the future when I can actually try it on. Very disappointing!

Poor design
Love DY but should have listened to the other review. Returned after not being able to open the clasp even with DY rep FaceTiming me
