'Châtelaine' Earrings

I was so excited to give these earrings as a gift and even paid to have them arrive early from my online purchase. When they got to me, they were tarnished and discolored. I took them to the actual David Yurman store and they told me the earrings had been sitting and were old. They told me the earrings could be cleaned and look better than how they arrived, but who buys something that has to be cleaned before giving it as a gift?!? I took them back to Nordstrom and then walked over to David Yurman and bought a new pair. Lesson learned and I will not be buying jewelry online from Nordstrom again.

You can’t go wrong with David Yurman. These are a great classic piece to add to any jewelry collection. I bought them in the black orchid, hoping for the purple to show. But they look more black or navy or charcoal gray than purple. I debated exchanging them, but decided I like the mystery color look of the black orchid. It’s more versatile than a straight purple.

In love with these earrings! I already had the matching necklace and the earrings just look awesome! They are the perfect color for everyday- I get so many compliments!!

I love these earrings! I've been looking at them for months, but was hesitant to buy them because I tend to loose post earrings. I have a box full of just one earring! But, I am ever so happy that I did. The color is gorgeous & unique. It's a deep dark purple, almost black. The cut & setting is classic & classy. They are the perfect size & weight. I loved the earrings so much, that I bought the matching bracelet! My Christmas present to me. I've been very good this year!
