Should’ve purchased from David Yurman directly!
For the first time, I purchased a piece of David a Yurman from Nordstrom. The sales woman was polite, helped me try on the item and then I paid and left.
I got home to discover that my almost $1400 necklace was put in a Nordstrom box. Not only that, there was no David Yurman paperwork, dust bag or cleaning cloth.
What a scam— I’m returning it and going to the actual David Yurman store. I won’t purchase a designer brand from Nordstrom again.
