Perfect Everyday Necklace
I absolutely love this necklace! It's small (which I wanted) and the gold pendant is more of a matte/polished gold instead of a shiny gold (again, which I wanted). I also really like the size of the clasp and loops. Sometimes the clasp and loops are far too tiny and impossible to put on but this one is the perfect size and you have the option to clasp it at 18", 17", or 16". I sometimes layer it with a simple gold chain but it looks just as nice on its own without being too understated. It really is the perfect everyday necklace and I'm very happy with my purchase.

returned-huge disappointment
I was so excited to get this necklace. I made a special trip just to buy it. Wow is it a let down. It's so small, not shiny at all, it's a dull, tiny, dirty looking gold circle with a cheap looking initial. There are so many cute initial necklaces for 1/8 this price. Would NOT recommend to anyone. Mine went back a week later.

I was so excited to get this necklace. I made a special trip just to buy it. Wow is it a let down. It's so small, not shiny at all, it's a dull, tiny, dirty looking gold circle with a cheap looking initial. There are so many cute initial necklaces for 1/8 this price. Would NOT recommend to anyone. Mine went back a week later.

Dainty Gold
I like this necklace but wish the pendant was just a little larger in order to read the initial. The J is hard to tell if it is a J, I or T - other letters are more visible. The adjustable chain constantly turns because it is so dainty and light weight to the front by the pendant-so that is annoying! Other than that-it is a pretty color gold, nice addition to your David Yurman collection. Looks good layered and the adjustable notches allow that to incorporate another length necklace to layer.

Simple, elegant, every day necklace
I have no idea what people are complaining about it being too small or too dirty. First of all, it’s David Yurman and for $725 18K gold with tiny diamonds in the letter is a great price. Second of all, it’s elegant and dainty. It’s perfect for every day wear. In fact, I wore mine every single day and didn’t take it off until I did one day and lost it after forgetting to take it out of my pocket. Third, mine was clear and sparkly. I’d buy it again but they are out of my initial so I have to buy it from another retailer.

Understated Yet Eye Catching
The gold is exceptionally warm and striking. The unique rope detail around the perimeter adds a nice design statement. Each time I wear it, I like it more and more. I haven't experienced the pendant flipping or twisting as mentioned in other reviews. It's a piece suited for both a younger or older person. Highly recommended!
