10 happy toes--2 happy ankles--1 thrilled closet
If you normally go up in size due to the need for extra width there is no need to with David Tate. I had super success a half size down with "Nelly' for already wide feet that now developed summer swelling. IMHO the greatest selling point is no elastic straps across the top of the foot, as is now on trend. When my feet change this shoe graciously adapts to me -- never cutting in. While giving the coolness of a heel strap it also offers a covered toe, which some workplaces and social situations still call for. The rope edging says 'I may be suede, girlfriend, but I'm all about summertime!' I have purchased the 'Nelly' in black, red (adds a cute sass with denim skirts and dresses!), and nubuck. Now on to a search for 9WW teal. Granted, all our computer screens have the capacity to interpret color one way or the other, but each shade was a true match to my monitor and mobile! The upper material flexes with nice amount of give, yet retains its form and density. The sole is comfortable even for my flat feet. Heel height -- 100! If you, too, have problem feet they may just do a happy dance. More options like this, please, David Tate.

good at first, then fell apart
I got these in tan and really liked them. They were very comfortable to wear as well.
However after a handful of wears they are falling apart with the different layers of the sole peeling off.
They will be returned.
Note: I never got these wet!

Love these
First, I was delighted that this shoe came in a narrow width (often shoes don't). so I ordered them And then I was even more delighted when they arrived....they not only look good, they feel good ....and will look so terrific with so many outfits.

Perfect
These shoes are cute and comfortable. I got the tan color and loved them as soon as I saw them. Then I put them on. Perfect in every way.

Nice looking and quality shoe. I am a 9 narrow. Ordered a narrow. The shoe was still very wide. I need to return it.

These shoes are well made and relatively comfortable; however, there is no way the black suede is going to look good for long, so back they went.
