Having troubles
This was a gift given to me. It worked the first time I’ve used it; now when I try to use it, the ice doesn’t shave. I’ve tried letting the ice sit out for 15 mins, filling the ice up all the way to the top. Nothing seems to work. If you have any ideas on ways to help that would be great!!
