Darren Top Zip Leather Shoulder Bag

This is the second Darren bag I’ve tried; I returned the first one due to issues and reordered. After receiving this one, I now know there is a serious quality issue with all of these bags with the stitching on the straps. Where the thread end is sealed so it doesn't pull or fray, is a rough edge at multiple places. That rough thread damaged multiple sweaters, causing pilling and ruining 2 sweaters. In addition, the leather strap itself is warped due to the shipping or some part of production. When shortened and fastened, one strap buckles and doesn’t lie flat on the other strap, almost as if it stretched out. Order with caution.
