Their 38 is size 8 US US

I just purchased these and found the 39 too big. I'm a size 8 US. In most brands a 39 is a size 8 US. However, these run one size larger. So if you're buying online please note to size down one size! I'm a size 8 and found the 38 fit. I haven't worn these yet, but I love how they look, the buckle just elevates the look! Love these with wide legged pants.

Sizing Is Off

I own probably 15+ pairs of Danskos, and these are by far the largest I’ve tried on. My entire foot slipped around, despite wearing heavyweight wool socks. Unfortunately, I couldn’t size down as they don’t make a smaller size, but these run at least 1/2 size too large. Very disappointing considering the color is beautiful and the style is super cute.

buckle issues

Love Danskos, have worn them for years. I was very excited about this style, the strap does not lay flat in the buckle and keeps popping out. Will return.
