Bringing me back to clogs
I wore Dansko clogs for years, but stopped because their weight started bothering my aging knees—-and to be honest they became so popular and started looking frumpy. The Brenna clogs are lighter in weight, but still have that great Dansko foot support. I disagree with the other reviewers-these clogs are not too big—Dansko are supposed to fit loosely for proper foot movement. I have the tan clogs and I LOVE the two tone color—the color difference adds texture and interest to an otherwise basic clog. I wear these with no-show socks—hopefully, this takes a few years off the “comfy shoes look”. These clogs are fantastic for travel because they slip on and off so easily, are very versatile, and are just so comfortable and supportive. I walked over 2.5 miles at LAX in these (don’t ask) and my feet and knees were just fine! I

Actually two-tone
These clogs are catastrophically ugly. They look very elegant in the product photos, but … look a little closer. What seems at first to be alighting falling across a uniform shoe? Think again, they’re two-tone, with a leather heel and a suede upper. These are the clog equivalent of patchwork denim.

Gorgeous clog
This clog does not run big. Proper fit is explained in the packaging. The sole is not flexible so the shoe must slip when you walk as if it were an open back shoe. If it doesn't it will be extremely uncomfortable. You should be able to fit your pinkie finger into the back of the shoe when wearing. As to the color, it's an on-trend ombre. It's not two toned and it's not patchwork denim. The materials are not noticeably different, just adds extra style oomph to the shoe. The suede is oiled down up front, giving the shoe the ombre look. I plan to buy these in blue also but it seems Nordstrom isn't carrying that color.

Brenna Clog
This is a beautiful clog. I gave this four stars because I felt the sizing was considerably off. I am a size 9 and the 8.5-9 was too large. I am returning and trying a smaller size. Hopefully this will work!

Not good for uneven surfaces
I wore Dansko booties all winter and LOVED them, so I thought I would get a lower-cut pair for summer. These shoes are super cute and I like the subtle two-tone look. Unfortunately while they are super stable on flat surfaces, they are downright dangerous on gravel. The loose heel and ankle area provides zero support to prevent twisting on unstable surfaces, to the point that I sprained my ankle on day 3 of wear. If you have weak ankles and/or previous foot injuries, beware. Great for standing and walking on flat floors — terrible for walking to the car in a gravel parking lot.

classic Dansko comfort
Fit is True to Size - Dansko clogs are meant to move in the heel because you walk with a rolling motion rather than by the shoe bending. I have worn these for many miles of walking. Very supportive. Not great if you have weak ankles and walk on a lot of uneven surfaces because of the looser fit.
