Daily Cutting Board

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, as I’ve mentioned in other reviews, I’ve been collecting the lavender pieces from Our Place because I love the pan and the color is being discontinued. (Hoping for a true purple in the future!) Anyway, I had points to use and the board was available. Ridiculously, I somehow managed to order 2 boards and didn’t notice until they arrived. But the boards are a great size and weight, very sturdy and I liked them, so I did keep both. Good thing they were still on sale! I’ve used them several times for cutting and for staging veggies for the soup pot. I really do like them and am glad to have bought two. I do use liners on all my boards when using my big sharp knives, so I cannot address scratches except my direct cutting on the board with smaller knoves has not resulted in any cratches.
