Dahlia Table Lamp

This lamp is a poor imitation of a certain kind of lamp made during a period in manufacturing when real wood would’ve been used for the base instead of resin and cheap resin at that and cotton or linen would have been the lampshade composite instead what feels like material they would make inexpensive maxi pads. You can see the bolt where the socket screws into the base. I mean see it visibly. It’s all pretty sad. Like an echo of something lovely but the actual item is a cheap but expensively priced imitation.
