Gazelle S Stroller Kid Board

I ordered this a few weeks ago along with 2 other items. They never arrived. But the got sent back to the warehouse. I was also promised my shipment of items would arrive within a few days. Which it did not even arrive at all and was sent a lot later than what I was told at the Nordstrom store I went to. I called to ask for a cancellation and was told that I have to wait until they process my refund for 12 days followed by another 5 days for it to appear in my bank account. Leading me to have to wait even longer to purchase these items for my infant. Very disappointed with how this turned out.
