CHAIN IS REALLY BAD QUALITY
The necklace itself it beautiful and very dainty. Problem is the cheap chain. The letters won’t hang straight. The chain gets kinks even when the letters are in place. It’s impossible to get the letters to stay in one place without heaving kinks in chain constantly. It’s not refundable!!!’ Only fix I can come up with is to break chain and try to put letters on another chain I have or find one to buy. Too much work!!! I bought 2
