Necklace gave me a rash.

I love the look of this necklace, however, it gave me a rash. I’m not sure how this could be as I’m sure the necklace is made of real white gold, but I reached out to Bony Levy on her website to ask what they suggest, and no one responded to me. For a $1700 necklace, no response was very disappointing.
