What it is: A moisturizing shampoo that nourishes and defines curly, coily and wavy hair without stripping curls of much-needed natural oils.
Who it's for: Ideal for those with wavy (2C), tight (3A, 3B, 3C) or coily (4A, 4B, 4C) hair.
What it does: This shampoo is formulated with naturally derived cleansers that remove dirt and buildup without stripping curls of needed moisture. Fortified with rice amino acids, Curl Charisma penetrates the hair shaft to effectively lock out frizz-causing environmental moisture.
Key ingredients:
- Tomato-fruit ferment seals the cuticle to ensure hair dries consistently, allowing for uniform curl formation
- Ultrahydrating shea butter and avocado oil increase hair softness and enhance the body of curls without weighing them down
How to use: Apply the shampoo to wet hair and massage vigorously for about 30 seconds as the lather builds, then rinse. If your hair has extra buildup, rinse and repeat. Follow with your conditioner.

I didn’t get for myself but…
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s true, I didn’t buy this for myself. In fact I bought it for my daughter. My hair is straight/ wavy at best when humid. My daughter has gorgeous little curls. Ever since using this I’ve noticed a huge improvement in her hair. Not only is it softer, but it has a healthier shine to it. In all her curls and general hair health are doing amazing! I don’t think I’ll ever make her use cheap products ever again

Never Buy!
Absolutely ruined my curly hair. After I washed my hair with this shampoo for the first time, it felt like my hair was stretchy, dry, and extremely delicate. I thought it was maybe a one-off, so I used it a second time. This is when I started to notice it was also causing my hair to fall out. I am super disappointed as I was hoping to find products to help enhance my curls. Also, the product is extremely watery and does not create any foam.

could be new curly shampoo for awhile
i have 3a curls and this seems to be a good fit - moisturizing but not weighing down, do use with the briogeo curl charisma conditioner, but have also used with kinkly curly knot today and that works as well

Great product

Love curl results
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these products. The shampoo has been a tad bit watery in my last couple of orders. Maybe the formula has changed, or I got a faulty product, but their stuff is the best on the market. The conditioner has never let me down. Brings out the best curls.
