Simply stunning

Not happy with colour
I was very excited about my new necklace but I find the gold very bright yellow and it doesn’t look good beside my other gold jewellery. It looks closer to a dress gold necklace which I was trying to avoid by spending more.

We're sorry to hear that the gold colour of this necklace wasn't to your liking. Generally, unless gold is mixed with other alloys, you will find that the higher the carat, the richer and warmer the colour gold. So our demi-fine pieces that are 18ct gold plated or gold vermeil plated, do tend to have a deeper gold colour than for example our fine products which are solid 14ct gold. For our demi-fine pieces, we opt for the purest possible 18ct in order to guarantee the higher gold content and elevated quality. That said, we totally understand that this might not be to everyone's liking and so thank you for sharing your feedback.
