Cute coat

I ordered a Large because the sizing chart said a large was a size 8. I’m 5’8” and 135. It was huge- sleeves down over hands and just too roomy. I like the coat, it am considering ordering a size small because I think the medium might still be too big. I know it is oversized. Maybe I just don’t like oversized?
