What it does: This nondrying lip liner can be used to contour your lips, and it's also pigmented enough to cover your entire lip as a replacement to lipstick. It's easy to apply and comes with a sharpener attached on the end to ensure precision application every time.
How to use: Trace the natural contour of your top and bottom lips. For a fuller lip look, slightly exaggerate the outline of your natural lip shape. Fill in the rest of your lips with the liner, lipstick or a lip gloss.
