Crush Leather Shoulder Bag

Bag but it's pretty small. It doesn't fit a wallet and keys and certainly wouldn't fit a phone. I have a flip phone so fits that with a small wallet and only the essential keys... but it's snug. The zipper is a joke.. its super tiny. Maybe a lipstick or something like that. The material seems well made. Only for nights out and not for everyday use type of bag. Don't know if ill purchase another Balecangia bag after this purchase. Just not as practical or pretty or well made as Alexander McQueen, bottega or Givenchy bags.

About 4 months ago, I bought this bag at Nordstrom but with black chain. Bag was stunning. However, after 3 months I noticed that in certain areas the leather and the color is wearing off. I had not used the bag often and I was terribly upset . If you pay this amount of money you would expect the quality to be of a higher standard. I went to Nordstrom Topanga canyon blvd in Woodland Hills where I bought the bag and showed it to the manager of the department and the store manager. Both maintained it was normal wear and tear and if the bag was not in the exact condition you bought it, they would not take it back. I was not returning it because I did not like the bag but there was clearly a defect in the leather or design. They did not care, they had taken my money. I have bought many expensive bags there in the past but no longer. It is better to buy it from the design house where they would hopefully stand behind the quality of their product. What an upsetting experience to be treated so badly by the Nordstrom store, I am not able to post the photo but will continue to try so everyone can see the condition of the bag
