Cross Necklace with Sparkling CZ and Floral Charm

I just purchased this the end of May 2025 as I was going on vacation in June. I noticed the chain was thin so I took it off before showering, sleeping and put it on after dressed. Unfortunately, even after being careful, the chain broke. I just called Nordstrom to see if they could send me a return label and she stated that I would have to go to Nordstrom in person as she couldn’t guarantee that mail would be accepted or refunded since it broke during my wear. It is at the sole discretion of each store and she cannot promise acceptance. Just disappointed in Nordstrom quality especially in customer service. She was not able to assist me in any way. She added that some Nordstrom stores does have a repair on site but I would pay for that service.
