Does not hold shape
I really like the style, size and all of the pockets for organization. However the top droops down in a U shape and isn’t attractive in my opinion. I’m constantly reshaping it.

I really wanted this bag for a long time. It was sold out at Nordies and on the MZ Wallace website. It finally came back in stock at Nordstrom so I ordered it. It arrived but the long strap is missing. Now I am not sure I want to keep it since I paid full price. Disappointed.
