Nordstrom's delivery service is a constant FAILURE
I was so excited to purchase these shoes, but since I did not receive them, this review is to criticize Nordstrom's choice of carrier, which consistently misreports deliveries and steals customers' packages. It's baffling that Nordstrom continues to use the same carrier and doesn't do anything to improve this issue that so many customers complain about. This has happened to me before with another pair of shoes I ordered from Nordstrom back in November. I figured I'd give their delivery another chance, cause what are the odds that the carrier would snatch my package again? Well, it happened. The bottom line: Nordstrom’s unreliable shipping destroys customer trust and its reputation. It turns a premium shopping experience into a massive waste of time, leaving customers disappointed by a service that should be guaranteed.
