Crochet Detail Midi Sheath Dress

the dress is a medium weight jersey feel with a blend of spandex. low cut neckline. the bodycon jersey portion is thr length of a mini-dress. a medium-weight open weave crocheted bottom trandforms it to a midi, creating beach vibe. if you want to minimize the bodycon , size up like I did (see pics). for added interest add a openweave overlayed tunic or top. Nordstrom sells some fab beach cover-ups that work well for that purpose.

Love this comfy, flattering dress. Saw it last year, but it was sold out in my size. I was advised to size up, but took a chance ordering my usual size. (since there was only 1 avail, and several in next sz). For me, it fit perfectly with a bit of room to spare. I did NOT find it to be a “body con”, just a very soft, stretchy, smooth material. I am 68yrs, so “not straight” waist and hips. The dress is much lighter than I expected, based on the stylist in the video. The shipping box was so lightweight, it almost felt empty (even with a tshirt incl in the box)! I am approx 5’3”/110lbs. Got Sz 2. The length is a little too long on me.
