The skirt runs unusually small. I wear a 16/18 and purchased an 18 and it doesn’t fit.

Way too Small!
I wear a 16, and bought the 18 because of review. This 18 fits like a 14. 18 is the largest they run. So if you're bigger than a 14 probably not for you. If smaller, size up for sure.
