Terrible
When I bought it, the zipper was defective and I was told I could bring it back and they would try to help me if it actually broke. Well it actually broke and I brought it back just looking for the lead to the zipper and no one I talked to (4 people) even said “I’ll see what I can do” they’re best advice was to ship it back and wait for a replacement—it’s winter now. The woman who is the montcler rep is the one who assured me she could help (eg provide a zipper lead) if it broke. After discussing for less than 30s with her she walked away and began talking with someone else.
