Cream Foundation Refill

I’m 59, normal skin with minimal wrinkles but have rosacea. This foundation took me a handful of attempts to figure out the best way to apply. Once I dialed that in this has become my hands down favorite! With a sheer amount it cancels out most redness and blurs imperfections. A tiny bit added with a concealer brush and it’s my skin but so much better, and it’s literally undetectable. I prime my face with a few drops of her oil. Let that sit a bit. I use her flat foundation brush and swipe it on directly from the case, working small amounts in thin layers across my face. It is the most beautiful/MSBB I have obtained from a foundation. When I compare this finish to the other foundations I had, they totally looked like a mask. And I thought THEY looked natural! And the compact is so luxurious, an added bonus.

I was skeptical of this but really happy I bought it. If your skin is well-moisturized, which is something you have to make sure is done, this goes on really nicely. It's beautiful, as you then end up with an overall dewy look but not one that requires patting it down with powder. Contrary to the other review, this product is indeed clean. You can read the ingredients anf look up each. You can also cross-reference against other places known for only carrying clean lines (Detox Market and Follain), both of which also carry this because it is indeed a clean product. I’m really pleased that Nordstrom is carrying this line and investing in brands that support better women's health. I'm most comfortable buying at Nordstrom than anywhere else because I know you’ll stand behind the product. Thank you.

I wanted to try a clean brand and found great reviews of Kjaer Weis. I usually steer away stick and pan foundation because it just seems to cake and wear poorly on my skin. However, I thought I would try this one because the colors really match my skin. I apply it with either a foundation brush or my fingers (if I’m in a real hurry). Not disappointed so far. I had been using Chantecaille cream foundation and found a perfect color match. It’s great and I am not disappointed.

I lightly rub my fourth finger across the cream foundation. I first use it as a concealer under and over my eyes. I have very sensitive eyes that water and sting with other concealers but this one isn’t bothering my eyes. Then another swipe and gently pat it onto my face. It has stayed all day for me. I only need light coverage but can see that this is buildable if you need more! Silken color was a good choice for my light/medium with yellow undertone complexion!
