Cloud Brushed Organic Cotton Flannel Sheet Set

After one use, these sheets pilled and now have clumps throughout the fabric. I contacted Coyuchi directly about the issue and instead of owning up to it and offering a solution, they insisted I just return them to Nordstrom. Poor quality sheets and even worse service from Coyuchi. First and last time purchasing from that brand for me.

I ordered this sheet set and upong opening there was only a fitted sheet and 1 king pillow case (it was supposed to have 1 fitted, 1 flat, and 2 king pillow cases). So I call Nordstroms inform them and start the refund process. BUT! when I go to repack the items for return I inspect them further and they are not even the right sheets, not even flannel, the pillow case and fitted sheet set both have bleach stains on them. Essentially someone scammed Nordstroms, ordered the set, stole the items and returned some "filler" items in the package, Nordstroms does not apparently check their returns so they (Nordstroms) throws back in inventory, then ships me someones old bedsheets. This is just another nail in the coffin about the theft and degradation that occurs in America and moreover the poor quality control that companies have in place these days.
