Ignite Waterproof Winter Boot

These boots are not only fashionable but comfortable. They fit slightly on the snugger side, but in a good way as they are easy to walk in and don’t feel bulky or heavy. If their temperature rating is accurate (-10) these will be a new favorite for Chicago winters. I also love that these don’t scream snow boot so I can wear during the slushy and wet winter/spring transition.

This is a comfy boot. However, getting these on your feet is hard. The sock has ripped away from the boot and one of the back tabs has ripped off and I have only worn these a handful of times over the past month.

These boots are so comfortable! They’re fully lined with a plush fleece “sock” for lack of a better term. They’re fitted around your ankle so they don’t leave gaps for snow or rain to get in, but they’re not at All tight or uncomfortable. They’re pretty easy to slip into, as well as to get off of your feet. I can’t tell you how many boots I’ve purchased trying to find some that check all the boxes, and these definitely do! They’re great for rain and snow, and they have good traction with the lug sole. If you’re thinking about them but you’re not sure, I say get them! They’re exactly what I’ve been looking for.

There is just so much fur inside the shoe that you would need extra small feet and extremely thin socks to put these on your foot. I do not recommend these at all. I chose size 38 in size 8 and they looked a bit large on the outside. The problem is I couldn’t even get my foot in the shoe.

I really wanted to like these boots! But I must have spent almost 10 minutes just trying to get them on my feet-- they are much too tight at the top (around the ankle), and I felt as though I was going to break my ankles while attempting to force my feet into them! And then, after I finally managed to put them on, the inside footbed of the boots felt very odd-- squishy, and not supportive or warm enough, especially for a winter boot. Also, I ordered a Wide width, and they did not feel wide enough, at all. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed, and had no choice but to return them. :-(
