Tight, high waisted fit for bodice

Cute dress, but…
Cute dress, but a lot of material! I really wanted to like this dress, but I couldn’t get over the feel of the material (a little too stiff) and how voluminous it was. For reference, I’m 5’8” and 140 lb and I ordered the medium. It made my waist look really small, but there was just too much dress. I decided to return it.
