Cotton Seamless Spaghetti Camisole

I have been wanting to treat myself to this camisole for several years, and finally decided that this was the time to go for it. Since perfectly adequate camisoles can be found for far less than $58, I was a bit skeptical: what was so special about this one? It turns out: everything. First, I had not realized how significant seamless construction would be. It really makes a difference. Second, the fabric is luxe. Not too thin, not too thick… and it just glides on. My shirts & sweaters fit smoothly over it, with no bunching. The adjustable straps are the best-engineered I have ever seen in a cami… the little metal rings glide perfectly, and lock into place without puckering. My only (minor) complaint is that it is a bit too long; I may need to have it hemmed, which is annoying, considering how much I have already invested in this piece. I will see if I can get away with just tucking it in; it may work out fine. I purchased this in black, because I wear a lot of black. When my white and nude camisoles (from other brands) wear out, I will definitely be replacing them with Hanros… I now know what all the fuss is about!
