Nordstrom substituted a similar cheaper item
Rather than admit they sold me an item that was out of stock, Nordstrom mailed me a completely different Lauren Ralph Lauren (not Polo Ralph Lauren) nightgown which I now have to go through the hassle of returning. The customer service rep acted like this was nothing out of the ordinary. It’s too bad that Nordstrom has lost the honest and quality service they used to have.

See through, looks like a hospital gown
I am 5’7”, 150lbs and typically wear a size medium. When I put this on, my husband and I joked that I looked like I escaped from a hospital bed. Not the most flattering item…I think because the fabric is so thin and lightweight it doesn’t hang well on the body.
