Extreme Puff!
Fits like a warm hug, if the person hugging you is the Michelin Tire Man. I love this, because it's warm and I can wear it on the airplane and then use it for my travel pillow, but it's not for anyone who doesn't want to look 30 pounds heavier.

Runs true to size
I disagree with the reviews that this runs big; I ordered a size down (someone said their XL husband fits into the large) and it was too small. So, have to return it but it's a really nice vest!
